From the moment we walked in the the door., The caring began. The young man who greeted us was so calming and kindhearted. He helped us in the door and with our paperwork. Dr Idema is so confident yet sweet. She answered all of our questions and made sure my father was comfortable with the procedure she explained. We never felt rushed but she is very efficient. On the way out we were again helped to the door. She has a busy practice,but we felt we were her number one concern.

She took time to explain what was going to happen. She at first thought that only the battery pack was being replaced. I told her that the entire stimulatot was being replaced and the wires would have the paddles on them. She asked what company I would like. I told her I have been with Abbot from the start and wanted to stay with them. So when we finished with the interview we were on the same sheet of music.

Doctor and staff was very nice I went to the Heckel rd location got my X-ray at heritage valley but wil get my mri at st. Clair once approved
